Senior Scholarships

The Public Education Foundation manages many graduating senior scholarships, which are funded by outside organizations and individuals. Each scholarship has its own criteria and selection process. Applications are also available through high school guidance offices in January. For more information on additional scholarships, please contact the Guidance and Testing Department at (352) 671-6848. Chautauqua

What’s a “Chautauqua?”

The Public Education Foundation and the Golden Apple Academy host Chautauqua workshops for teachers to refresh their classroom skills, renew friendships, network and rekindle their passion for teaching. In addition to engaging workshop sessions, Chautauquas are accompanied by a variety of vendor tables.
